I can't recommend Jill Kavanagh from Oliver’s Estate Agents highly enough. She managed my apartment rental for 18 years and then expertly handled the sale. The seamless transition from property management to selling was incredibly stress-free.
As a property manager, Jill was always professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. She handled everything perfectly, from tenant issues to maintenance. When it came time to sell, her communication was outstanding, keeping me informed at every stage of the process.
Her knowledge of the local market, her preparation of the property for sale, and excellent negotiation skills were evident in the quick and very satisfactory sale price achieved. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the entire experience. For anyone looking for a reliable and expert estate agent for both letting and selling, look no further.

Jill and her team were very easy to deal with and always dealt with any issues we had promptly. I would be happy to rent from Oliver’s again and in fact hope to do so when we are back from traveling.

Have been a client of Oliver’s for a number of years as both a landlord and seller. Have found them to be extremely professional in all their dealings. I liaised mostly with Jill who was an absolute pleasure to deal with and nothing was ever too much trouble. Couldn't recommend working with Oliver's enough. Spoke to Jill less than a month ago about renting out my apartment but explained there was loads I needed to do before it was ready. I was worried about finding different tradesmen to fix everything up when Jill offered to look after everything for me with her contacts. Within two weeks the apartment was perfect, ads posted and viewings organised. Tenants moving in this week and I haven't had to do anything. Hard to believe they are the cheapest in the business too!
