I have rented out my house with Olivers. Great agency. I can highly recommend to any prospect landlord. Within two weeks, the agency organised a lot of minor repairs, furniture and appliances purchase and installation, ads and viewings. I had a pleasure to work with Jill. Couldn't recommend working with Oliver's enough. Spoke to Jill less than a month ago about renting out my apartment but explained there was loads I needed to do before it was ready. I was worried about finding different tradesmen to fix everything up when Jill offered to look after everything for me with her contacts. Within two weeks the apartment was perfect, ads posted and viewings organised. Tenants moving in this week and I haven't had to do anything. Hard to believe they are the cheapest in the business too!

I had very good experience during the viewing organized by Olivers Estate Agents. I was lucky to meet Jill. She was knowledgeable about the property and its features, and she took the time to answer all of my questions in detail.
We rented an apartment managed by Olivers and they were great! Any queries were always handled promptly, we had a private viewing before we moved in so it wasn't the conveyor belt you get with other listings, and the transition in and out was simple and easy. As an immigrant tenant, I can’t say enough praise words about Olivers and most of all, Jill. She’s an amazing person who helped us find our first home in Ireland 3 years ago. I can’t state how professional and personal they are. To them we’re not just numbers or an account, we are treated fairly, with respect and dignity. As someone that seen a lot of bad things happening in Irish housing market, I must say that I wasn’t ready to deal with such lovely people and such a good company. If you’re in doubt, go talk with them, IMO best estate agents in Ireland.

We got renting services from Olivers as tenants for the past five years. I would say Olivers are very professional to both tenants and landlords, and everything is clearly communicated. They respond to repair and maintenance requirements promptly and rent review was sent out in advance with adequate information. They perform house inspections on behalf of the landlord as well as understand the house condition very well. There is a set of spare keys left with Olivers, their registered electrician or plumber can access the room when we are not at home. This is the best service as it will just speed up the process and we do not need to take additional annual leave for the weekday maintenance. Strongly recommended.

I live in Australia but the timezone difference did not cause any problems at all. Jill and her team are very professional. I always got timely response from them even during the holiday period. When the property was being viewed, Jill managed to get at least 24 parties through the door in 3 days which was just about everyone who enquired after it was advertised. She had also made it known to all parties who had viewed as to what works had been previously done to the house. The sale process went smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend Olivers and Jill in particular.
