She then looked after the sale of the apartment, and could not have done a better job, from organising cleaning and new flooring to sorting out staging for viewing. Have been a client of Oliver’s for a number of years as both a landlord and seller. Have found them to be extremely professional in all their dealings. Couldn't recommend working with Oliver's enough. Spoke to Jill less than a month ago about renting out my apartment but explained there was loads I needed to do before it was ready. I was worried about finding different tradesmen to fix everything up when Jill offered to look after everything for me with her contacts. Within two weeks the apartment was perfect, ads posted and viewings organised. Tenants moving in this week and I haven't had to do anything. Hard to believe they are the cheapest in the business too!
