Jill was amazing to work with, she was so responsive and kept in contact throughout the whole process, answering any questions we had and following up with the seller anytime we wanted an update. Couldn't recommend working with Oliver's enough. Spoke to Jill less than a month ago about renting out my apartment but explained there was loads I needed to do before it was ready. I was worried about finding different tradesmen to fix everything up when Jill offered to look after everything for me with her contacts. Within two weeks the apartment was perfect, ads posted and viewings organised. Tenants moving in this week and I haven't had to do anything. Hard to believe they are the cheapest in the business too!

As an immigrant tenant, I can’t say enough praise words about Olivers and most of all, Jill. She’s an amazing person who helped us find our first home in Ireland 3 years ago. I can’t state how professional and personal they are. To them we’re not just numbers or an account, we are treated fairly, with respect and dignity. As someone that seen a lot of bad things happening in Irish housing market, I must say that I wasn’t ready to deal with such lovely people and such a good company. If you’re in doubt, go talk with them, IMO best estate agents in Ireland.

We got renting services from Olivers as tenants for the past five years. I would say Olivers are very professional to both tenants and landlords, and everything is clearly communicated. They respond to repair and maintenance requirements promptly and rent review was sent out in advance with adequate information. They perform house inspections on behalf of the landlord as well as understand the house condition very well. There is a set of spare keys left with Olivers, their registered electrician or plumber can access the room when we are not at home. This is the best service as it will just speed up the process and we do not need to take additional annual leave for the weekday maintenance. Strongly recommended.
