Since the start of my residency until the very end of it, it is safe to say my life was made convenient with Olivers Estate as our agency. That being said, Jill in particular from Olivers Estate has been lovely to deal with and very supportive with all of our requests and having them dealt with as quickly as they have been, has been instrumental to me writing this review! The Oliver's Estate has been wonderful experience for me . I have been in a very closed contact with the agent Linda Martin , she is an excellent worker , very helpful individual at all the times Everything I needed and requested related to the residence she did respond immediately. I am very grateful to Linda for helping me through the last 6 years , I never felt neglected , she did sort out all the issues and she acted fast and with professionalism, I admire her work ethic . she is driven and very well mannered . Oliver's Estate must acknowledge that is wonderful to have individuals like Linda working for them . Olivers look after a number for residential properties for me.I deal with Jill who is extremely efficient, professional and helpful as indeed are all the other staff.Lettings of the properties, maintenance and any issues raised by the tenants are dealt with promptly and without fuss.I have no hesitation in recommending Jill and Olivers.

We got renting services from Olivers as tenants for the past five years. I would say Olivers are very professional to both tenants and landlords, and everything is clearly communicated. They respond to repair and maintenance requirements promptly and rent review was sent out in advance with adequate information. They perform house inspections on behalf of the landlord as well as understand the house condition very well. There is a set of spare keys left with Olivers, their registered electrician or plumber can access the room when we are not at home. This is the best service as it will just speed up the process and we do not need to take additional annual leave for the weekday maintenance. Strongly recommended.

I rented a beautiful 2 bedroomed apartment in Milltown Dublin from Jill at Olivers July 2021- Jun 2022. I was impressed from the very start at the efficient and streamlined service Olivers provided to us, and this continued throughout our year. I would happily recommend Olivers in the future to anyone!

Professional, knowledgable and personable. As a tenant, I'm highly satisfied with the service provided by Oliver Estate Agent, since almost two years. Communication is always friendly, punctual and efficient.
