Michelle just sold my first home. She was professional in her approach, gentle but realistic in advising me and helping me to set my expectations in relation to the market value of my house. Jill Kavanagh from Oliver's managed my rental apartment for several years with great efficiency and at a very reasonable price. She then looked after the sale of the apartment, and could not have done a better job, from organising cleaning and new flooring to sorting out staging for viewing. Apartment sold for a much higher price than I had expected and Jill removed all the hassle from me. Could not have had a better experience and I couldn't recommend Olivers more highly.

Couldn't recommend working with Oliver's enough. Spoke to Jill less than a month ago about renting out my apartment but explained there was loads I needed to do before it was ready. I was worried about finding different tradesmen to fix everything up when Jill offered to look after everything for me with her contacts. Within two weeks the apartment was perfect, ads posted and viewings organised. Tenants moving in this week and I haven't had to do anything. Hard to believe they are the cheapest in the business too!
