As a property manager, Jill was always professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. She handled everything perfectly, from tenant issues to maintenance. When it came time to sell, her communication was outstanding, keeping me informed at every stage of the process.
Her knowledge of the local market, her preparation of the property for sale, and excellent negotiation skills were evident in the quick and very satisfactory sale price achieved. Couldn't recommend working with Oliver's enough. Spoke to Jill less than a month ago about renting out my apartment but explained there was loads I needed to do before it was ready. I was worried about finding different tradesmen to fix everything up when Jill offered to look after everything for me with her contacts.
